Since 1965, we have been designing, building, and renovating homes and business premises throughout Slovenia and neighbouring countries. Our history is a story of knowledge passed down from generation to generation, of craftsmanship perfected over time, and of clients who return because they know what they get: reliable execution and uncompromising quality.

The beginning of the family craft
The company is founded by Stanko Kotnik. The story of a family business begins, based on honesty, craftsmanship, and the trust of the local community.
1988
Expansion into construction work
Leadership is taken over by Igor Kotnik. The craft expands into plastering, masonry, and construction work. With a team of local craftsmen, the company becomes synonymous with reliable execution.
2000-2010
Growth and modernisation
The company grows, incorporates new technologies, and expands the team. Projects become more complex, but the fundamental principle remains the same: quality comes first.
2020
The entry of a new generation
The third generation enters the company, connecting tradition with architecture, design, and modern approaches. KOGI transforms into a company that covers the entire process — from idea to execution.

We establish a “design & build” model: what we design, we also build. We carry out renovations, new constructions, business projects, and maintenance of buildings. We combine sixty years of knowledge into one team, dedicated to each project.
